Some early trouble at the corner allowed Meenala Amy to race into a very healthy lead along the back stretch and, although the demanding run-in must have seemed a long way home for her connections, she always looked likely to hold on even if a flying Ravello Drive reduced the distance to a neck behind the 28.99sec winner. Amy who started in A3 at Monmore proves the grading strength has few equals.
